Mark Michalowsky | Managing Director

Widely experienced in corporate and financial advisory, Mark is a qualified Chartered Accountant who has been involved in Bromic’s growth and success since 1983.

Scott Smith | Director

With an Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering and Masters in Management, Scott has over 14 years experience in multiple disciplines including engineering, production, operations and sales.

Michael Glezerson | Director

Michael graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce and Specialised in Information Technology. In 1989 Michael founded the retail chain of Technology Superstores “Incredible Connection” and “Connection Group Holdings” as Managing Director in South Africa. Subsequent to the sale of his interest in 1993 to a listed company Persetel (Barlow) on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, Michael migrated to Australia to take up a position as Business Development Manager for Sega Australia and New Zealand. Michael recognised the potential of e-commerce and founded ozbuy.com in 1998, an online Retail Technology Superstore.In 2000 NineMSN (joint venture between Microsoft and Channel 9), acquired an interest in ozbuy.com Ozbuy.com was acquired in 2001 by the then listed Strathfield Group Limited (ASX), where Michael managed the Web activities for the group. In 2004 Michael joined Bromic as a Director and part of the Management Team.
